Product Return Process for Safe Harbour Wellness Online Retail Customers:

We are confident our products will exceed your expectations, in fact, that is precisely why we have an industry leading 3rd party testing procedure.  Additionally, we include QR Codes on each of our product labels to quickly direct you to the Transparency Page of our website.  Simply scan the QR code and enter the batch # located on your purchased product, to be directed to the specific product’s Certificate of Analysis.

When you choose to purchase our products, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and is not intended to diagnose, treat cure or prevent any disease.  Consult your healthcare provider and/or pharmacist before using this or any other supplement.  We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products.

After speaking with us, if returning your product is something you wish to pursue, and it is within 30 days of your purchase date (if unopened), or 30 days of your purchase date in general, please reference our Returns Process below:

  1. Call or email our Client Services Team, to alert us that you wish to return or exchange your product.  If you will be returning an UNOPENED product within the 30-day time limit, you may request a full refund, less shipping.  If the product is opened, but within 30 Days of purchase date, we will still authorize a refund, but we will deduct a restocking fee of 20% less shipping fees.  In order to qualify for your refund, the unused portion of the product must be returned to us (no empty bottles please).   Upon receiving your email and reviewing, we will issue a Return Shipping Label.  In order for your refund or exchange to be processed, product must include original proof of purchase (receipt).  This is important as our products are also sold in retail outlets nationwide and we can only refund retail products purchased directly from our online retail e-commerce store.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.
  2. Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email us at CS@safeharbourwellness.com, so we can keep an eye out for it.
  3. Once we receive your package at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then issue either a full or partial refund, less shipping costs, as outlined above.  Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

NOTE:  Safe Harbour Wellness will only accept returns and refund for purchases made via our online store at www.safeharbourwellness.com.  As our products are available nationally in pharmacies, physician offices and choice health and wellness retailers, should you purchase your product at one of our wholesale partner’s locations, you will need to contact them directly regarding any refunds or exchanges.  We do not require our partners to mirror our refund policy, as such, our partners’ refund policies may vary from ours.

**Additionally, we do not offer refunds on any laboratory tests due to the high costs associated with these advanced diagnostic tests.  Further, we do not offer refunds on our nutritional support products, since they are purchased by our customers through our DrNeurobiologix Partner.  This means any refund requests, must be approved and refunded by them, since they are the entity that was paid.**

Wholesale Customers  

  • Any CBD Product may be returned or exchanged if unopened, within 7 days of purchase date for a full refund, less shipping.  If outside of the 7 day period, but within 14 days of purchase, a refund may still be requested, less a 30% restocking, handling, and administrative fee.  Thus, a refund of 70% of the value of the purchase price will be given for appropriate returns. A confirmation of the refund will be emailed to you.  Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement. We do not offer refunds or exchanges outside of this posted period due to the high costs associated with wholesale order fulfillment and shipping.
